FAQs
-
Your audition session should include enough time for you to do an initial read-through, complete a few takes, preview them, and finish a title slide. If you wish to receive coaching on your performance throughout, factor this into the time required as well. If you have one short scene, 30 minutes is sufficient. If you have two or more scenes with multiple pages, it is recommended that you book at least one hour. It is better to overestimate how much time you may need, as additional time on the day may not be available.
-
Please bring two printed copies of your sides, or if you prefer to go digital, email your sides to contact.ethanlwin@gmail.com at the time of booking.
Our studio has a number of props you are welcome to use; however, if you need something specific, please bring it with you.
-
Absolutely! However, due to the size of the studio, it is recommended that you bring a maximum of one additional person.
-
You'll need a stable internet connection and a device to record your tape. Ideally, position yourself in front of a plain background, such as a wall. Lighting is crucial, and natural light is often the best option.
A Zoom session requires a bit more preparation on your end, but don’t worry—we’re here to help every step of the way.
